Entrepreneurial Realities: Beyond the LinkedIn Persona to a Resilient Team

On LinkedIn, it often feels like everyone is an expert 🎓, a renowned entrepreneur 👩‍💼👨‍💼, brimming with advice and 'gyaan' 🧠. But how often does this digital bravado reflect reality? 🤔

And I am no guru 🧘, nor do I have any intention of becoming one. As a humble entrepreneur👨‍💼 who doesn't give up easily 💪, I'm ready to struggle to make my dreams come true 🌠. I'm grinding every day 🛠️ to prove to my team that I am worth following 🚀.

From my own journey, learned the hard way 😅, I've gathered a humble piece of insight. If you truly want to gauge an entrepreneur's mettle, observe their initial team:

• Look for openness to fresh ideas 💡,

• flexibility in changing course 🔄 when required, and humility in accepting mistake🙏.

• Are they welcoming to new team members? 🤗

• Do they speak highly of you even when you're not in the room? 🗣️

• Do they stand by collective decisions? 💪

• Is their loyalty unwavering? ❤️

• Do they avoid gossiping on WhatsApp when important matters are being discussed? 📵

• Do they support each other and the founders equally? 🤝

• Do they speak highly of you, support, and defend you even when you're not in the room? 🗣️

The team is invariably a reflection of the culture that founders build in the initial days, mirroring the personality of the founders. It also demonstrates the founder's boldness in making difficult decisions, like parting ways with team members who don't align with the long-term vision. 🚀
